02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use khela, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Identity Verification

Khela may request identity verification documents at any point — particularly before processing a withdrawal above a certain threshold. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

03 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your khela account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else. Khela is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has shared their login details with a third party.

04 Deposits

All deposits on khela are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may be subject to additional verification.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your khela wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three hours depending on your bank. If a deposit has not appeared in your wallet after the expected processing time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

  • Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Khela does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
  • There are no fees charged by khela on any deposit method.
  • Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with them directly.
Third-Party Deposits

Depositing funds from a payment account that is not registered in your name is a violation of these terms. Any such deposits may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Khela reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals where there is any uncertainty about the source of deposited funds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure applied consistently across all accounts.

05 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There are no fees charged by khela on withdrawals.

Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes of the request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business hours. In some cases — particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts — additional verification may be required before the withdrawal is processed.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • Any active bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • Khela reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours for security verification.
Fast Withdrawals

Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals on khela complete in under five minutes. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 30 minutes, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number and we will investigate immediately.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on khela operate using certified random number generators (RNGs). The RTP and volatility for each game are published on the game page and reflect the theoretical long-term return of the game under normal operating conditions. Actual results in any individual session will vary.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or any other interruption — khela will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state and credit any winnings that were legitimately earned. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to your wallet.

  • Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software and cannot be influenced by khela or any player.
  • Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, exploits, or other means is strictly prohibited.
  • Khela's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the appeals process described in Section 10.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

Khela reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after it has been credited to your account, any wagering already completed will be honoured and the remaining bonus balance will be removed.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the khela platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balance.

  • Creating more than one account, or registering under a false identity.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform or games.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name.
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing khela staff or other players.
  • Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.
Zero Tolerance

Khela has zero tolerance for fraud, money laundering, and identity misrepresentation. Any account found to be involved in these activities will be permanently closed, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Khela reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that a violation of these terms has occurred. Common reasons for suspension include suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, and prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email with the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it. In cases where the suspension is due to a security concern, we may ask you to verify your identity before the account is reinstated.

If your account is permanently closed due to a terms violation, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. If you believe your account has been closed in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] with your account details and the reason for your appeal. We will review all appeals within five business days.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed, provided all verification requirements have been met.

11 Privacy and Data

Khela collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on khela, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
