Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes of the request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business hours. If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email with the reason for the suspension and the steps required to resolve it. In cases where the suspension is due to a security concern, we may ask you to verify your identity before the account is reinstated.
If your account is permanently closed due to a terms violation, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. If you believe your account has been closed in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] with your account details and the reason for your appeal. We will review all appeals within five business days.
You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is closed, provided all verification requirements have been met.
